How to capture screen video using free software (CamStudio)

How to capture screen video in smaller file size without sacrificing quality.

1. Download and Install and CamStudio don't worry it's free.
2. Download and Install Xvid Codec
3. Go to CamStudio Click Options, Click Xvid MPEG-4 codec.
4. Shortcut key for recording is F8 for ON and OFF

A 5:41mins @ 1280x768 is only 40MB
You can play your video in VLC Player / Windows Media Player.
You can also edit at windows movie maker and upload it to youtube.
